New! NO FIREWORKS, of any type, are not permitted within IBE Property. It would be a terrible to think a neighbor’s house was destroyed by fire due to someone using fireworks. Residents need to police this issue, as it is an extreme threat to the safety of the development. This was reviewed and approved at the AGM by the residents.
